Responsibilities
- Allocate individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Ensure that sufficient resources and staffing are provided to meet project deadlines, comply with regulations, and adhere to best practices and safety standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets and uphold quality standards across all sites.
- Effectively manage time and resources to complete projects within the targeted timelines.
