As a Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman , you will be responsible for customer communication, supervision of installation, and job organization throughout the roof replacement process.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- 2+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience
- Prior experience meeting clients
- Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March-November and 1 Saturday a month November-March
- Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
- Willingness to work long hours during busy season

Responsibilities
- Walk through the proposal with the customer at the start of a job
- Take pictures to verify the material & scope of work
- Maintain job site cleanliness throughout the duration of the job
- Updates with pictures/descriptions on captivated (minimum 3 times)
- Clean up the job site after lunch
- Mid-day 5-Point Inspection
- Oversee roof installation
