Commercial Roofing Estimator

Allcon RoofingPiedmont, SC

About The Position

You know what it takes to win a commercial roofing bid. You've walked the sites, built the scopes, and put together numbers that actually hold up from proposal to the punch list. If you're ready to bring that expertise to a growing company with a strong pipeline across the Southeast, Allcon Roofing has a seat at the table for you. Why Allcon Roofing Since 2007, Allcon Roofing has grown from a local roofing contractor into one of the most trusted names in the Southeast, delivering across commercial, industrial, residential, metal, and multi-housing projects in seven states. We're a GAF Master Elite Contractor with manufacturer certifications from Versico, Carlisle, Johns Manville, and Sika Sarnafil, and our systems expertise runs deep across TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, modified bitumen, slate, tile, coatings, and custom fabrication. That growth hasn't slowed down. Our project pipeline is expanding, our team is scaling, and our estimating department is at the center of it all. We're not looking for someone to sit in a corner and crunch numbers. We want an estimator who sees the bigger picture and wants to grow alongside a company that's building something. What You'll Do As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you'll own the estimating process from plan review through bid submission and play a key role in project handoff to ensure what you priced is what gets built.
