Nations Roof is seeking a talented Commercial Roofing Estimator/Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Requirements

• At least 5 years experience estimating or project management of complex commercial/industrial roof system projects.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation code compliance and manufacturers requirements for warranty.
• Proficient with database estimating and/or digitizer computerized estimating software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
• Must be a motivated and a 'self-starter' with a professional appearance.
• Ability to give instructions and clearly explain problems or situations.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Accurately compile bids and generate proposals, making timely site visits to gather necessary information.
• Obtain quotes and negotiate prices with vendors and subcontractors while ensuring the highest quality materials.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and phasing plans to keep projects on track.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned commercial roofing and construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor job costs, manage manpower, and ensure adherence to budgets through regular reviews.
• Coordinate and supervise in-house employees and subcontractors, managing multiple projects efficiently while ensuring quality control.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business, maintaining communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and maintain all construction documents, prepare purchase orders, and oversee final inspections.
