We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Commercial Roofers to join our growing team in Sioux City, IA. Our projects include new construction, industrial facilities, retail centers, multifamily housing, office buildings, and more. The Commercial Roofer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial roofing systems. This is a hands-on role requiring technical skill, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. You will work closely with your crew to complete projects on schedule while ensuring high-quality, watertight roofing systems.

Requirements

Commercial or industrial roofing experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to travel as required
Commitment to safety and OSHA standards

Nice To Haves

OSHA certification is a plus (paid training provided)

Responsibilities

Install and repair commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal flashing
Assist with installation of insulation, vapor barriers, and other roofing components
Measure, cut, and apply roofing materials
Perform roof inspections to ensure quality and watertightness
Remove old roofing systems and prepare surfaces for new installation
Assist with installation of skylights, gutters, and drainage systems
Support and mentor less experienced crew members
Follow project plans, schedules, and company safety standards
Travel for out-of-town projects as needed
