Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License or State I.D.
• One or more years' experience as a construction laborer
• Desire to learn a trade
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the job
• Ability to work independently and in a group
• Ability to effectively follow all safety procedures and instruction from supervisor
• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Work on different types of roofs (EPDM, TPO, modifieds, slate, tile, shingles)
• Follow company's safety policies and procedures
• Report directly to the foreman
• Participate in on-the-job training
