About The Position

The Commercial Roofer II position at Bartlett Roofing involves the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in single-ply installation to NDL specs.
• 2+ years of shingle installation experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Metal Roofing installation.
• General Construction Knowledge (Minimum of 2 years).
• OSHA 10 Certified (preferred).
• Forklift experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, kneel, stand, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
• Must successfully complete a drug screening.
• Must successfully complete a motor vehicle record screening.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 Certification
• Forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Install various commercial roofing products, including single-ply membranes, shingles, metal roofing, and coatings.
• Operate and maintain tools such as welders, nail guns, generators, and compressors.
• Follow all safety requirements and protocols on the job site.
• Conduct inspections for maintenance and repair contracts, thoroughly documenting findings for company and client records.
• Assist with daily job site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Adhere to job timelines and ensure completion goals are met.
• Read and execute work orders from start to finish.
• Problem-solve and adapt to changes or challenges encountered on the job site.
• Identify and repair leaks on various roofing systems.
• Inspect roofs for damage and determine the most appropriate course of action.
• Remove old roofing materials and properly prepare surfaces for new installations.
