About The Position
Immediately hiring an experienced Commercial Roof Repair Project Manager. At Great Lakes Roofing Corporation, we are looking for excellent coworkers. Our repair Crews provide on-site roofing repairs and customer service. As Foreman of your 2-person Crew, you'll assess the problem, discuss a solution, and then repair the roof to industry standards. This flexible rhythm allows each Crew of repair techs to recalibrate as needed to best serve our customers and the whole branch. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and procedures
- Strong communication skills to relay info to customers, crews, & staff
- Have the mobility to stand, bend & kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time
- No fear of heights or confined spaces
- Have a current, clean driver's license
- Ability to meet established deadlines
Responsibilities
- Commercial Roofing Repair Crews start each day at the office.
- Receive your list of customers to visit, then head out with a company truck full of the supplies/materials you need for your day's repairs.
- Complete stellar repairs while adhering to safety standards and providing transparent communication.
- To end your day, check back in at the office and make a plan for the next day.
