This role involves coordinating labor figures, reviewing estimates, and managing a team of foremen and superintendents. Requirements

• 2+ years of estimating experience and project management
• Experience with commercial roofing materials and techniques
• Comfortable leading a team or crew
• Positive attitude and analytical nature

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings for up-to-date labor figures
• Review estimates with management
• Work with a variety of commercial roofs including TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, and Mod-Bit
• Run commercial roofing projects on time and under budget
• Manage crews of foremen and superintendents
• Conduct site visits to assess current roof systems
