Requirements

  • Commercial insurance or P&C license preferred (or must be obtained within 90 days).
  • Strong consultative sales, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage a personal sales pipeline.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for protecting clients and solving problems.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and grow a book of commercial insurance business through outbound sales efforts.
  • Identify and connect with business owners, CFOs, and other decision-makers to understand their unique risks.
  • Develop tailored insurance solutions and present proposals that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with account managers, underwriters, and carrier partners to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
  • Participate in regular pipeline and strategy reviews with leadership and mentor partners.
  • Serve as a long-term advisor to clients, delivering ongoing support, renewals, and coverage updates.
