About The Position

Be able to fix and repair commercial roof applications including single ply, modified roofing, built-up roofing, and metal roofing. Utilize power tools such as a Leister hand welder safely and effectively for various repair projects. Assess needed repairs and provide an estimate of scope of materials and labor to complete repair immediately while on site. Utilize software platforms to log activity and input data to produce onsite reports to show and communicate with customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, company vehicle, and company provided tools while adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshoot issues that arise during repair processes and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

• Must be experienced in multiple roof applications including single ply, modified roofing, built-up roofing, and metal roofing.
• Provide your own hand tools.
• Requires excellent communication skills, written and verbal for customer interaction.
• Can be trained to use company software.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Must be able to travel extensively and occasional overnight stay.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
