Carrier Rental Systems is seeking an experienced, energetic, customer-focused individual to join the organization as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role you will utilize your skills and expertise focusing on front facing industrial/commercial customers in rental sales. With your experience where you will sell Rental Solutions including Industrial Chillers, Hot Water Boilers, Pumps, Air Handlers, Cooling Towers, Electric and Gas Heaters. If you are looking for a role that combines your sales experience and passion for customers, then we have a great opportunity for you. We are seeking an experienced, motivated technical sales professional to promote innovative solutions for current and potential customers across the Western United States. This role will be responsible For the Houston, TX market.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of commercial, industrial or HVAC sales to include inside or outside sales experience.
  • Ability to pass an MVR background check.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment.
  • Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with the customer.
  • Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management.
  • Consult with customers for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects.
  • Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service.
