About The Position

The Commercial Renewals/MSSP Representative manages recurring revenue for small-to-mid-market customers to ensure continued value in the Axonius platform. This role acts as a strategic partner to help clients maintain their security posture while collaborating with Customer Success and Channel teams to identify growth opportunities. The mission is to drive retention, mitigate churn, and align with MSSP partners to optimize resource allocation in the evolving cyber asset management landscape. Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a Business Development (BDR), Sales, Account Management, or Renewals role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for data management, pipeline tracking, and quoting.
  • Experience managing high-volume transaction cycles in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to identify and resolve account risks by collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience specifically within the cybersecurity industry, including knowledge of threat actors, compliance, or network security.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue retention targets.
  • Experience coordinating sales efforts with Channel and MSSP partners.
  • Experience articulating technical software features and value propositions to procurement teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a hybrid work environment based in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle for a dedicated territory of commercial accounts to maintain net retention rate targets.
  • Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, contract terms, and subscription tiers to secure renewals before expiration dates.
  • Maintain a pipeline in Salesforce to provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly renewal forecasts to leadership.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Technical Account Managers to identify, qualify, and close upsell or cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
