Summary: The Commercial (CML) Relationship Service Specialist (RSS) II is the primary point of contact for assigned Commercial customers and Relationship Managers. The CML RSS II works independently and in partnership with the Relationship Manager by providing a best-in-class experience for a diverse Commercial portfolio. The CML RSS II applies knowledge and understanding of customer and product onboarding to enhance relationship management, retention, and deepening sales.
