The Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-lasting business relationships to drive sales growth in commercial markets. This role involves generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with commercial facility directors, property managers, general managers, C-suite decision-makers, and other industry leaders. Target industries include commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, municipal governments, and other large-scale commercial facilities. Restoration Industry experience is a must! This position focuses on cultivating strong professional relationships with referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying target clients, reaching decision-makers, and using a consultative sales approach to convert prospects into clients.
