Position Overview As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will serve as a key partner to business members by understanding their goals and delivering customized financial strategies that help them operate efficiently and grow confidently. This role plays an important part in advancing our mission while strengthening long-term member relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of six years' experience in business banking, commercial services, or treasury management
  • Strong understanding of business deposits, cash management tools, and payment solutions
  • Demonstrated success building trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business members
  • Provide expertise in cash flow management, treasury services, and merchant solutions
  • Identify business needs and recommend tailored financial products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions including digital banking, treasury management, fraud prevention, and merchant services
  • Represent Kohler Credit Union at community and business events to expand partnerships and visibility
  • Guide new business members through onboarding to ensure a seamless experience
  • Review account activity, uncover growth opportunities, and proactively support member success
  • Maintain accurate records while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards
  • Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, financial products, and emerging best practices
