About The Position

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our business members, providing tailored financial solutions that support both day-to-day operations and long-term growth-all while living out our mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in business banking, treasury management, or business services.
  • Strong knowledge of business deposit products, cash management, and payment solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems; credit union system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with business members and prospective members
  • Serve as a trusted expert in cash flow analysis, treasury management, and merchant services
  • Recommend customized financial solutions that align with each member's unique business needs
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions including treasury management, digital banking, merchant services, and fraud mitigation
  • Represent Kohler Credit Union in the community to strengthen brand awareness and promote business services
  • Oversee onboarding of new business relationships to ensure a smooth and positive experience
  • Monitor account activity, identify growth opportunities, and provide proactive member support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and best practices
