This position serves as the account executive for new and existing complex clients at First Interstate Bank, specifically located at the Casper, WY Downtown branch. The role is responsible for managing a portfolio with Average Loans Outstanding ranging from $20MM to $50MM. The account executive will establish and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with clients, providing knowledgeable advice that aligns with their business objectives and lifecycle. The position requires the development and growth of new business while building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects. The account executive will drive financial performance through profitable revenue growth and quality credit management. The essential duties and responsibilities include achieving individual annual production and growth goals for loans, deposits, and fees to ensure the bank meets its overall financial targets. The account executive will utilize the Dashboard to track performance and initiate new business through outside business development activities. Ongoing contact with new clients is crucial to enhance their experience with First Interstate Bank. A comprehensive understanding of the client's needs will be developed through the review and analysis of personal bank business financial data gathered during relationship reviews and personal meetings. Active participation in community organizations is expected to source business development opportunities, demonstrating First Interstate Bank's commitment to the communities served. The account executive will build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and services, as well as competitors and competitive products, is essential. The role also involves proactively promoting bank products and services and keeping clients informed of all financial solutions available to meet their needs. The account executive will partner consistently with other internal business partners to uncover opportunities to deepen client relationships and will work on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of client information. Decisions on loans and terms will be made within established lending limits, and the account executive will analyze credit to determine clients' borrowing qualifications. Compliance with all bank regulations and internal procedures is mandatory, and the account executive may be asked to coach, mentor, or train others while actively engaging with First Interstate Bank's Mission, Vision, and Values.
