About The Position

The Part-Time Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination. This role is part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• Active Real Estate License in the state of Texas.
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate transactions, with commercial real estate experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Confidence and leadership skills, with the ability to take control and propose innovative ideas and solutions.
• Familiarity with CoStar, Mailchimp, Build-out and Zip Forms software, as well as Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of all phases of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth processes from contract to closing/leasing.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with real estate regulations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, suggest improvements, and take the lead on transaction-related tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and other parties involved, providing updates and confidently resolving any transaction-related issues.
• Arrange inspections, appraisals, and other required services while adhering to deadlines and transaction timelines.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed to drive successful closings.
