About The Position
This role is responsible for originating and servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate (CRE) and residential construction loans by engaging developers, builders, real estate investors, and business owners active in the real estate industry. Utilizing strong credit and underwriting skills, this role identifies client needs and provides tailored banking solutions, including a wide range of lending and depository products. The focus is on responsible loan structuring, credit analysis, relationship development, and portfolio management. This role plays an integral part in the Bank's business development and credit risk management efforts.
