The San Francisco–based Real Estate Finance team is hiring an Analyst to join a three‑person team, including two Investment Officers, providing analytical support and coordination in the origination and portfolio management of commercial real estate loans. The Analyst will review new investment opportunities, prepare investment analyses, and summarize the key attributes—including strengths and risks—of potential investments. About 30% of the Analyst’s time will be focused on the annual review and ongoing management of existing portfolio assets. The role requires the ability to distill and communicate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations, including through Excel models, presentation materials, and AI‑assisted tools. Knowledge of commercial real estate investments (which could include relevant coursework and/or internship experience) is preferred but not required.
