About The Position

NAI Northern California, recognized as a "Top 25" Brokerage Firm by the Business Times, offers comprehensive brokerage services including Apartment Building Sales, Industrial and Office Sales & Leasing, and Property Management. This full-time DoD Skillbridge Internship provides an excellent opportunity for Active Duty US Armed Forces members, authorized to participate in the DoD Skillbridge program, to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced real estate brokerage firm. NAI NorCal is a DoD Skillbridge authorized participant. The internship is a learning program designed around training into a potential full-time role as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisor upon completion of the program. NAI Northern California fosters an innovative culture, disrupting traditional brokerage organizations by providing a structured training program, mentorship, and coaching for newer Investment Advisors. The company emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and a robust tech stack, including a world-class CRM with pre-existing leads. NAI NorCal supports its agents by covering costs and providing staff assistance for lead generation, marketing listings, and escrow/contract processes.
