About The Position

Lyon | Stahl Investment Real Estate is a fast-growing commercial real estate brokerage with offices in El Segundo, West Los Angeles, and Riverside. We have established ourselves as Southern California’s premier brokerage specializing in multifamily investment real estate. As a Summer Trainee at Lyon | Stahl, you will participate in an intensive eight-week training program focused on the multifamily real estate sales process. This program is designed to provide meaningful exposure to the brokerage business while integrating you fully into our team, culture, and affiliated entities. Over the course of eight weeks (June 2026 - August 2026) you will be fully integrated into the team and culture at Lyon Stahl. Our training program offers immediate exposure to senior level leaders, dedicated one-on-one and classroom based training, as well as social events. This program is specifically designed to develop high-performing students into future leaders within the industry. We are seeking motivated, creative, and strategic individuals who are eager to learn, driven to produce results, and ready to take initiative. This is an unpaid internship that will go towards academic credit. The program is intended for education and learning purposes.

Requirements

Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or related field (entering Senior year at an accredited university)
1 + years of experience in sales preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
Comfortable learning and utilizing new systems (Salesforce)
Demonstrates a dedication and willingness to practice a variety of sales techniques
Ability to maintain a professional work ethic
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable interacting with diverse personalities and professional
