About The Position

Commercial Real Estate Foreclosure Attorney - Full Time Location: New York, NY, 10017 What you will be doing: Managing real estate related litigation matters with a focus on commercial mortgage foreclosures and other secured creditor enforcement. Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals. Making state and federal court appearances and mediations. Requirements

At least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in commercial and real estate litigation.
Legal research and writing skills.
Management experience.
Strong negotiation skills.
Multitasking capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Must be admitted in New York (New Jersey admission is a plus).
