About The Position
At Colliers, we are seeking a dynamic Commercial Real Estate Coordinator, also known internally as a Client Services Coordinator. This temporary position will last for 7 months, ending in September 2025, and will be based onsite at our Seattle, WA office. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to a team of commercial real estate brokers, handling various tasks from project management to marketing support. You will be responsible for processing lease paperwork, creating market surveys, and preparing content for proposals and presentations. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering top-notch service to our clients and brokers alike.
