Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily maintenance and appearance of commercial office buildings
• Coordinate and work closely with outside contractors and vendors
• Ensure building systems and common areas are operating efficiently
• Identify issues proactively and follow through to resolution
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for tenants
