We are seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Banker/Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of commercial real estate and sales. Position will focus on Commercial Real Estate Debt, Equity and/or Investment sales. Willing to train the right candidate with no or limited experience . Commission based position. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and sales.
- Willing to train the right candidate with no or limited experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work with senior Managing Director on existing accounts to process new leads and analyze new deals.
- Drive leads through interacting with new clients.
- Problem solve for complex financing solutions with commercial properties.
- Ability to use excel and power point to analyze deals and market them to lenders or other sources.
- Secure best terms for the client.
- Follow up through underwriting process to closing.
- Help with post closing asset management.
