Requirements

  • Candidates must obtain a Colorado Real Estate license.
  • Be able to pass a full background check.
  • Minimum 3+ years of COMMERCIAL real estate broker experience required.
  • Experience as a broker in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, and acquisitions, by negotiating terms, preparing contracts, and coordinating due diligence.
  • Actively network within the industry, attend relevant events, and leverage professional connections to expand business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide clients with data-driven insights on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
  • Evaluate commercial properties, assess cash flow, and provide clients with financial projections and investment strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and maintain accurate documentation for all deals.
  • Active networking and/or prospecting to identify clients and commercial opportunities.
  • Support professionals through a commercial purchase, lease, or sale transaction.
  • Marketing of commercial opportunities for sale.
  • Negotiation and deal structuring.
  • Management of Due Diligence.
