Requirements

• At least two years of meaningful experience in the commercial real estate field.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• First-rate analytical skills.
• Admitted to or able to waive-in to the South Carolina Bar.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team structure on commercial real estate matters.
• Manage transactions involving the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate.
