About The Position

We are an established mid-size commercial property management company and developer in Merrifield, VA looking for a full-time, in-person, hands-on Property Manager with experience managing commercial real estate. Must have a can-do attitude and good people skills.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Commercial (retail/office/industrial) Property Management - required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - required
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Yardi Voyager experience - preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits as necessary to properties located primarily in Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC metropolitan area
• Prepare reports
• Manage budgeting processes
• Coordinate with tenants, owners, engineering staff, and vendors
