About The Position

DaBella is currently seeking to hire a detail-oriented individual who has experience in Commercial Property Management. The ideal individual will thrive working in a fast-paced environment, will go above and beyond for our leasing tenants and get an effective result when needed. Status: Full Time Typical work timings: 8am to 5pm Travel: Some required (25%-50%) Compensation: 80k - 100k annually SUMMARY Coordinate property building projects with the client and us Organize and perform property analysis to ensure accurate reports, payments, maintenance and retention Research and answers questions regarding tenant issues and statements Analysis basic needs of a branch based on size and set up basic operational services like janitorial, water, electricity, postal, security and utility expense Help resolve day-to-day property management issues and basic operational needs Develop a professional relationship with all tenants, vendors and clients Ensure compliance with third-party management agreements, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives Conduct property inspections to prevent/identify problems and exposures, which will require some travel by car or plane Assure optimal functioning of building life, safety, and security systems Aid in the preparation and implementation of the operating budget for each property Negotiate, review and authorize vendor contracts and agreements Ensure the highest level of customer service is being implemented within budgetary constraints Coordinate insurance procurement, electricity procurement, and real estate tax review processes for properties Monitor lease expirations and work with the team to maximize tenant retention Help with the procurement of new properties DaBella is a values-focused company that works for people who want to work to help others create value. Requirements

  • Requires a four-year course of study resulting in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a similar field of study, or a demonstrable equivalency in relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in commercial Multi-tenant Property management or Real Estate management with supervisory responsibilities is required (Residential property management (apartments/condos) does NOT qualify as experience for commercial building management)
  • Must have a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of building and legal codes is essential; multitasking and organizational abilities are also important.
  • Ability to: Analyze and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations and business reports/documents
  • Effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management.
  • Prepares and manage property budgets.

Nice To Haves

  • Yardi, MRI software experience or equivalent is preferred

Responsibilities
