About The Position
Siemens Corporation is seeking a Commercial Property Manager for multiple positions in Austin, TX. This full-time role involves assisting in the development of budgets and reports for the region, tracking performance against budget, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The manager will be responsible for the accuracy of local financial figures, creation and alignment of financial forecasts, and monthly reviews of bookings and billing. The position also includes coordinating accounting, legal, tax, and insurance topics, supporting the Head of Finance in negotiations and preparation of external renting and customer lease contracts, and monitoring construction development projects across the region.
