About The Position

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, hands-on environment and enjoys owning projects from start to finish. As the Commercial Project Manager, you will manage commercial accounts while driving service, sales, and project execution across multiple job sites. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to deliver high quality results, respond to urgent service needs, and grow commercial accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial accounts, B2B services, construction, or service-based industries
  • Strong communication skills with property managers, facility teams, and corporate decision makers
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs, deadlines, and customer relationships independently
  • Comfort in hands-on service and customer-facing sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM or field service software, or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and face of the company for all assigned commercial accounts, building trust through consistent communication and execution
  • Grow commercial revenue by expanding existing accounts, pursuing new customers, quoting and selling service, repairs, replacements, projects, and dock-related work
  • Own commercial jobs end to end, including service response, scheduling, materials, jobsite coordination, execution, and closeout
  • Personally handle urgent or complex commercial service calls when needed to support customers and ensure quality outcomes
  • Travel as required to support commercial accounts, including emergency response, inspections, troubleshooting, subcontractor oversight, and job closeouts
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure scope, quality, safety, documentation, and performance standards are met
  • Track project performance, margins, and KPIs while working with leadership to optimize pricing and profitability
  • Support residential service and sales operations as needed to meet customer demand and staffing needs
  • Conduct site checks and pre-job planning
  • Ensure materials, labor, and access are confirmed prior to job start
  • Maintain safety, quality, and performance standards
  • Communicate clearly with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Use performance data to improve efficiency and profitability
