The Project Manager role works directly with subcontractors, schedules and manages commercial project installations, as well as supports and reports directly to the Director of Commercial Operations. The Project Manager also works in coordination with other members of the commercial team to service customers, coordinate schedules, and allocate resources efficiently. This role also assists with reviewing labor and material costs, contract and order accuracy, and is the primary contact for commercial customers when crews are on their site installing. The Project Manager also manages the company's daily relationship with subcontractor crews. Key focus areas for this role are: Communicating with clients - to schedule installation date(s), communicate adjustments to project timelines to customer and internal teams as required. Monitor and manage projected installation list. Maintain communication, partnership with subcontractor crews. Monitor orders for accuracy.
