We're seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our GSW SOL Americas Hub. As part of Siemens' Grid Software business, you'll be working with a team that's at the forefront of transforming the energy landscape through innovative digital solutions. Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 1 plus years of experience in finance/accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Tableau, Power BI and SAP

  • Solid accounting skills with ability to demonstrate an understanding & interpretation of key financial statements
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Project Managers to drive business success (project quality, on-schedule, meeting Budget)
  • Support project sales and project execution
  • Monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Full project P&L responsibility and cash flow performance
  • Drive project financial transparency: sales controlling, performance measurement, planning, forecasting, reporting, revenue recognition, cost analysis, reconciliation and deviation analysis
  • Ensure proactive risk/opportunities assessment/management
  • Partner with Project Managers to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform month end closing process activities
  • Ensures efficient communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
