About The Position

SERVPRO of Scranton & Allentown is seeking an elite Commercial Large Loss Project Manager to lead our high-stakes restoration operations. This isn't a desk job. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing large-loss recovery efforts across our six premier franchise locations. If you have the technical mastery to manage a multi-million dollar commercial loss and the leadership presence to command a massive crew, we want to talk to you. As the Regional CLLPM, you are the "General" on the ground for our most complex projects. Your responsibilities include: Full Project Lifecycle Management: From initial "Triage" and scoping to final sign-off, you own the project’s success, timeline, and budget. Strategic Coordination: Manage large-scale labor teams, subcontractors, and specialized equipment across six franchise territories. Expert Estimating: Utilize Xactimate/XactAnalysis to produce accurate, high-margin commercial scopes that stand up to adjuster scrutiny. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for property managers, CEOs, and high-level insurance adjusters. Compliance & Safety: Ensure every site meets OSHA standards and SERVPRO’s elite "Large Loss" protocols. Regional Strategy: Collaborate with ownership to scale our commercial response capabilities across the Allentown-Scranton corridor. We are building a powerhouse in Eastern PA, and we need a Large Loss expert who is ready to lead the charge. If you have the experience and the grit to handle the big stuff, let’s build something together.
