About The Position

Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives Develop, maintain, and govern integrated project plans and schedules, including milestones and deliverables Lead cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Health Economics & Market Access, Professional Education, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and other key stakeholders Drive accountability across matrixed teams for project schedules, milestones, and outcomes Provide clear, timely, and accurate project status updates, including risks, issues, and recommendations, to stakeholders and senior leadership Align competing stakeholder priorities to achieve agreement on project scope, strategy, and execution Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a trusted business partner Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; develop and execute mitigation and contingency plans Support change management and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new processes and tools Contribute to PMO maturity through development and implementation of project management tools, templates, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of project leadership experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects or programs
  • Experience using multiple project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with project risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives within the medical device or regulated industry environment
