Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and align teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable with project management tools and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Teams – Provide direction, accountability, and mentorship to Superintendents, crews, and subcontractors.
• Foster Collaboration – Build trust across departments and ensure everyone has the tools to succeed.
• Customer Service – Act as the client’s main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Project Execution – Oversee construction activities, schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards.
• Problem Solving – Anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track.
