The Commercial Project Management Development Program (CPMDP) at Siemens is an entry-level, full-time, two-year rotational program designed for recent college graduates. Participants will gain extensive exposure to the commercial aspects of project management through four six-month rotations in various areas such as contract management, supply chain management, risk management, finance, and accounting. This program aims to develop participants' skills and provide hands-on experience in the end-to-end project lifecycle, preparing them for future roles in commercial project management.
