Requirements

• Background in construction, production, or hands-on environments (painting, trades, project-based work, etc.)
• Comfortable working at heights (commercial/MFA properties)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
• Self-starter who can learn quickly and operate independently
• Strong communicator who can lead crews and interact with clients
• Thrives in fast-paced, field-based environments
• People with grit, urgency, and work ethic
• Individuals motivated by financial growth and stability
• Those who prefer being in the field over behind a desk

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for multifamily and commercial roofing projects
• Perform inspections to assess scope, progress, and quality
• Make real-time decisions to keep projects on track
• Manage subcontractors and field crews
• Set expectations around quality, timeline, and safety
• Hold teams accountable while building strong working relationships
• Manage materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
• Communicate with property managers and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to standard
