The Commercial Portfolio Manager III assists loan officers in the daily management and monitoring of their loan portfolio. This includes loan underwriting for new and existing members, as well as direct member interaction. The role also involves performing various other member service tasks and assignments. Key responsibilities include supporting the loan approval process by obtaining and analyzing financials, preparing loan summaries and packages, and attending prospect and member meetings. The manager monitors maturing loans, assists with renewals, manages past due accounts, and inputs new and renewed loans into the B2B system. They are also responsible for completing quarterly Problem Asset Reports, managing credit monitoring items and exceptions, and identifying cross-selling opportunities for the Bank's products and services. The position involves working on special projects to improve loan portfolio management efficiencies, understanding loan closing requirements, and proactively building strong partnerships with business partners. Adherence to federal laws, rules, and regulations, including AML and BSA, is also required.
