What You'll Do As a Pool Equipment Service Technician , you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial pool systems across the Miami area. Every day brings something different. One morning you may be replacing a circulation pump. The afternoon could involve diagnosing a filtration issue at a resort pool. Requirements

2+ years of mechanical, equipment, or maintenance experience
Experience with pumps, motors, filtration systems, HVAC, plumbing, or similar equipment
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs
Strong communication skills when working with customers
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Pool industry experience is a plus — but not required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair pool pumps, motors, filters, heaters, and automation systems
Inspect commercial pool equipment to identify mechanical or operational issues
Perform preventive maintenance and system diagnostics
Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs related to pool equipment
Work directly with facility managers and operators to explain repairs and equipment operation
Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or service improvements
Document service work and maintain accurate job records
