What You'll Do As a Pool Equipment Service Technician , you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial pool systems across the Miami area. Every day brings something different. One morning you may be replacing a circulation pump. The afternoon could involve diagnosing a filtration issue at a resort pool. Requirements

  • 2+ years of mechanical, equipment, or maintenance experience
  • Experience with pumps, motors, filtration systems, HVAC, plumbing, or similar equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs
  • Strong communication skills when working with customers
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Pool industry experience is a plus — but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair pool pumps, motors, filters, heaters, and automation systems
  • Inspect commercial pool equipment to identify mechanical or operational issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system diagnostics
  • Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs related to pool equipment
  • Work directly with facility managers and operators to explain repairs and equipment operation
  • Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or service improvements
  • Document service work and maintain accurate job records
