The Commercial Plumbing Quotations Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily tasks related to the takeoff of plumbing fixtures, equipment, and drainage material lists from Blueprint Drawings, Schedules, Specifications and other Contractor provided documents.

Responsibilities

Daily Task & Project Time Management for multiple on-going projects
Regular communication with the members of the Quotations Team, Inside & Outside Sales Associates
Communication with Plumbing Contractors and Estimators frequently
Obtaining special project pricing documents from our Vendors, Sales Representatives and Product Manufacturers
Developing and maintaining a relationship with external team members
Work with our Pricing and Buying groups occasionally to update new products and pricing matrixes
Create and manage Project Bid Files for all project assigned to the Quotes Specialist
Proficient knowledge of search engines and literature look-up for frequent product cross reference
