A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL PLUMBING FOREMAN As a Commercial Plumbing Foreman, you provide oversight and direction for the field personnel. You ensure that materials are at the job site prior to scheduling the labor needed to complete the work. Applying your industry knowledge, you are able to evaluate the quality of work at each phase of construction. You assist with complex project installation challenges. As the liaison to offsite management, you report to and make recommendations to the project manager based on your observations. Passionate about quality and safety, you confirm that proper procedures are being followed by all staff. You direct the subcontractors and field personnel, providing informal job site training and guidance in the plumbing methods that you are knowledgeable about. Under your excellent leadership, the field personnel are inspired to take great pride in their work. Requirements

8 years of experience working in new construction plumbing construction sites
3 years of leadership skills
Applicable state code knowledge
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug screening
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
