About The Position

Magnolia Companies has an immediate opening for a Commercial Plumbing Install Field Supervisor in our Washington DC office. Our work covers a vast array of high-profile clients in a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to, government local & federal, schools, healthcare, multi-family, pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing ranging from $5k to $1million. As a Commercial Plumbing Office Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing field operations, supporting and guiding technicians, and ensuring high-quality service for our commercial clients. From overseeing job tickets to providing hands-on technical support, your leadership will set the tone for performance, safety, and service excellence.

Requirements

• Computer and electronic device proficiency
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Journeyman (required) or Master Plumber license
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing (6 years of experience preferred)
• Review jobs by using strong problem-solving, knowledge of codes & troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Review and manage job tickets daily, working closely with field technicians, estimators, and support staff
• Order and oversee materials for projects
• Lead a team of service technicians and apprentices, providing regular feedback and coaching
• Answer technical questions and provide real-time training and support
• Set and uphold clear expectations around job performance, safety, and code compliance
