About The Position
Skillforce is seeking skilled Journeyman Commercial Plumbers for projects in the North Royalton and Cleveland areas. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of plumbing codes, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools related to plumbing.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for long periods.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues in commercial buildings.
- Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.
- Perform inspections and tests on plumbing systems using pressure gauges, leak detectors, and other tools.
