RoyalAire Mechanical Services has immediate opening for experienced and motivated Commercial Plumbers in the Greater Tampa Bay area! Why choose RoyalAire? RoyalAire Mechanical Services, LLC. excels in commercial, institutional, industrial, mechanical, and plumbing applications. We provide full-service design/build, design-assist, schematic budgeting and logistics planning. We have the ability to service the systems we install with our service division. We service all types of systems from chilled water to refrigeration systems through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and on-call service repairs. We also provide indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning services. As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Cooperate with other trades on the project to complete the project Plan, layout and install all drain systems, domestic water systems, natural gas systems, install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, kitchen equipment & elevator sump pumps. Performs preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary Interacts with customers and documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files Keeps current all manufacturers' products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair What you need for this position: 4 years of Plumbing experience in commercial construction. Requirements

4 years of Plumbing experience in commercial construction.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and design ability of related plumbing systems
Working knowledge of all hand and power tools
High standard of integrity and professionalism
Strong working knowledge of job site safety
