This position focuses on assisting with top-out work and final punch list tasks, supporting journeymen through the detailed finish stages of the project.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Experience assisting with top-out and finish phases a plus
- Ability to take direction and support journeyman plumbers efficiently
- Must provide own basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
- Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and dependability
Nice To Haves
- Experience assisting with top-out and finish phases a plus
Responsibilities
- Assisting with top-out plumbing installation for water, waste, and vent lines
- Helping complete final punch list items including fixture prep, testing, and finish touches
- Assisting with setting sinks, toilets, faucets, and final trim pieces
- Measuring, cutting, and prepping pipe materials
- Following plumbing layouts and taking direction from journeyman plumbers
- Maintaining a clean jobsite and following all safety procedures
