About The Position

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Commercial Plumbing Foreman for multiple projects in the Indianapolis, IN area. This is a rare opportunity for a strong commercial plumber to step up into a foreman role with training and support from the customer. Candidates will help lead teams, manage materials, communicate with the office and superintendent, and oversee work across several active commercial sites. This position is perfect for an experienced commercial plumber ready to take the next step in their career. PL3 candidates who are dependable, organized, and motivated are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Commercial plumbing experience required (PL3 considered with leadership potential)
Previous foreman or lead experience preferred, but not required
Valid driver's license; must be able to communicate clearly in English
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Reliable, professional, and committed to 40+ hours per week
Must provide hand tools and full PPE

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Supervising plumbing crews across 3 commercial projects (all within 20 miles of Indianapolis, primarily in Hamilton County)
Purchasing materials and coordinating deliveries
Reading and interpreting plumbing prints and construction documents
Reporting progress and needs to the office and superintendent
Occasionally picking up and dropping off materials as required
Ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
Operating a company vehicle for project travel
