About The Position

This position involves responding to calls for snow removal and maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, efficiency, and professionalism for our commercial snow clients. The role requires regular inspection of equipment before and after each snow event, adherence to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision. Additionally, any incidents involving equipment functionality must be reported to the Supervisor(s).

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience operating trucks and plows.
• Consistent, dependable attendance record.
• Willingness to be on call to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly (within 30 minutes) to calls for snow removal.
• Maintain high standard of safety, quality, efficiency, and professionalism for our commercial snow clients.
• Regularly inspect equipment before and after each snow event.
• Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, and ability to work independently or as a team with minimal supervision.
• Report any incidents involving equipment functionality to Supervisor(s).
